Location and staff are great here, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with large comfortable rooms.

Fairly clean property, breakfast is tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is situated in the center of the city, relatively near an art museum.

We had the best stay that met my needs, will be back. Fabulous hotel, fairly clean, funny stuff, too. Though the view was pleasant, we had spacious bedroom. Fantastic services too. Very central location was a plus. The food was good, loved it.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Florence, loved it. We've spent here 5 nights and our a double room was basic.

The staff were obliging, the room was airy, I loved exceptional location. Restaurant was good and fairly clean. It was very close to Florence heart of the city. Early check in and in general excellant service.

I loved staff and location in that hotel, they were very good. Very nice stay in fairly quiet area. Besides, it was within 900 feet of a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby. Pretty much what I expected: cozy venue, reasonably priced.

Second to none staff and rooms to say the least. Separate bedroom. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant. Late check-out too.

I had a fairly nice stay here and would recomand. Compact rooms, exceptionally pleasant staff, unbeatable location. I booked a room with a lovely bed, WiFi and coffee. The salad bar in the hotel had lots of fine juices, wines, spirits and beers throughout the day.

Views were unpleasant.

the weather was beautiful, had good stay. friendly service, though a few employees were not very friendly. there also was overnight parking and nice pool.

Didn't like the area, it was really poor.

The hotel was quirky with nicely furnished rooms and I liked superfriendly staff. They made my stay awesome! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having climate control, coffee and big windows. There was a continental breakfast. Friendly lobby. Incredibly comfortable location to fortezza basso convention center.

Shame the bathroom was small.

It was an interesting hotel and also exceptionally clean. The room was big size and spacious and the beds were good. The amazingly nice staff there were more than helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, tranquil location.

Wi-fi signal was very weak.

Useful base for a 1-night stay. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We had a river view from our room...
